- About the gym
Primum opened Viseu's first apparatus Pilates studio in 2015; this space, in Quinta do Bosque, opened in 2018. Teaching follows the American Polestar Pilates and Balanced Body schools, in one-to-one sessions or groups of up to four. It also offers Gyrotonic, Garuda, CoreAlign and manual therapies.
