The largest in the region
Opened in 2008, this is the region's largest shopping centre: over 150 shops, an Auchan hypermarket, six NOS cinema screens, a health club and the ice rink that gives it its name — open all year round.
It sits at the entrance to the city, with plenty of parking. On a rainy day, or when you need high-street brands and a plan for the family, it's the obvious choice. The food court and cinema stretch the visit well beyond the shopping.

Closer to the centre
Opened in 2005, Forum Viseu is more compact — around 48 shops in an urban centre, a few minutes' walk from the heart of the city.
Fashion brands (including the Inditex group), a Pingo Doce supermarket, a gym and services are all here. It suits anyone staying in the centre who doesn't want to travel out to Palácio do Gelo: everyday shopping, a trip to Zara, and the car stays in the centre's own car park.
