Northwest, facing the Vouga
In 18.12 km² live 1,079 people (59.5 inhab./km²). Between 2011 and 2021 it lost population (−12.1%). Ribafeita lies in the north-west. The City Council describes a place where the pace slows down: villages, chapels and the river Vouga. By day, the movement is that of the villages and Line 20. At night, the calm is rural. The Parish Council is open on weekday afternoons.
Line 20 to the Rossio
MUV Line 20 connects Ribafeita to Centro de Mobilidade via Silgueiros de Bodiosa. Since 1 September 2026, municipality residents aged 24 or over can travel free on MUV with the Passe Residente Viseu. For other journeys, compare the available timetables with your daily routine.
Roads to Covelas and the Vouga
Traffic is that of the north-western municipal roads, out to Covelas and the Vouga. There is no motorway or ring road.
